At Dewey Wildlife Studio, wild sheep and mountain game are our passion!
For nearly 25 years, Dewey’s has built a reputation of creating the finest mounts of wild sheep from around the world. Our location in Cody, Wyoming, just outside Yellowstone National Park, has provided a wealth of reference and first hand experience with wild sheep and North American Big-game.
Dawayne Dewey, founder and owner of Dewey Wildlife Studio, has won World Titles for both large mammals and taxidermy sculpture at the World Taxidermy Championships. The pinnacle of Dawayne Dewey’s achievements in the taxidermy industry is receiving the honor and title of Master of Masters.
Through extensive study of anatomy, first-hand reference, and God-given talent, Dawayne Dewey has dedicated his career to improving the art of taxidermy by creating original, anatomically correct, and artistic mannikins. These significant contributions have made Dawayne an industry-wide leader and pioneer of wild sheep and big-game taxidermy.
